Leaked SIM trays provide scarce physical evidence of a phone‘s color options. For Galaxy Z Fold 7, such pieces – engraved with region codes (North America, Europe, China, Korea, Global) and model number SM-F966 – explicitly reveal three unique finishes. The Jet Black and Blue Shadow are consistent with previous leaks, and the Silver Shadow (similar to that of the Z Fold 6‘s finish) is the third choice.

Leaks from a Finnish retailer support storage levels: 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. The 256GB and 512GB variants will come in all three colors (Jet Black, Blue Shadow, Silver Shadow). The high–end 1TB version, however, will be available only in Jet Black or Blue Shadow – omitting Silver. This is a reflection of Samsung‘s approach to offering high-storage models specific to its best-selling colors.
These colors will wrap a radically redesigned Fold. The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is Samsung’s thinnest foldable yet (reportedly 3.9mm-4.5mm unfolded vs. 5.6mm for the Fold 6) and features a wider cover screen (~6.5 inches), addressing years of user feedback. Weight is also expected to drop to ~215g. This slimmer profile, influenced by tech from the Galaxy S25 Edge, makes the new finishes even more critical to its visual appeal.
